RECDs use filterless technology and electrostatic precipitation to capture particulate matter (PM) and carbon from the exhaust of a diesel engine. They also use catalysts and oxidizers to decompose and burn the captured particles
RECDs can be more than 70% efficient at reducing PM and carbon in the air. They are also energy efficient, require no active regeneration, and have minimal flow restriction compared to filter-based technologies
RECDs can be used for a variety of diesel generator sets, including: Greaves Gensets, Kirloskar, Mahindra, Perkins, Cummins Gensets, Caterpillar Generators, and Ashok Leyland Generators
RECDs are compliant with regulations such as the National Green Tribunal order O.A 681/2018
